Job Duties

· Assist traders in handling client orders, including price inquiries, order placement, and manual entry of hightouch orders. (primarily in secondary market stocks and options)

· Perform accurate trade settlement and daily reconciliation.

· Ensure all transactions are in full compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.

· Communicate with brokers and assist investment team to resolve any ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

· A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience; a background in trading at a securities firm or financial institution is preferred.

· Knowledge of financial markets, proficient in trading system.

· Familiarity with the processes and regulations of secondary market stock trading.

· Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin). Fluency in Mandarin is a strong plus.

· Excellent attention to details, multitasking and capability to work in fast paced environment.

• Ensure all trading activities strictly comply with the company's internal rules and external regulatory requirements.
• Maintain communication and coordination with brokers, and support the investment team in completing various temporary assignments.

• Familiar with financial market operations, familiar with trading system operations.
• Understand the secondary market stock trading process and related regulatory provisions.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, with a preference for those who are fluent in Mandarin.
• Careful and meticulous, with excellent multi-tasking abilities and adaptability to high-pressure and fast-paced work environments.
