Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive responsibility for the daily operation and management of the second-hand office furniture store, including exhibition hall display design, customer reception and order delivery, etc. core work.

2. Organize and lead a team (2-3 people) to improve sales performance and ensure that all business indicators in the store are smoothly achieved.

3. Regularly update and publish new media account content, promote brand image through social platforms, attract potential customers and promote conversion.

4. Maintain efficient communication with headquarters, promptly report on in-store operations, and implement headquarters policies and activity plans.

5. Execute environmental protection-related concepts, promote sustainable development business models, and let customers feel the brand's emphasis on environmental protection.

Requirements:

1. At least one year of sales work experience, familiar with the retail or service industry is preferred.

4. Familiar with the basic skills of new media operation, and able to effectively use social platforms for publicity and interaction.

5. Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to closely cooperate with headquarters and other departments to solve practical problems.
