About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Recruitment Consultant who specialises in the Finance, Fintech, and IT sectors. You will act as a trusted talent partner, sourcing, assessing, and placing exceptional candidates into mid-to-senior level roles across banking, asset management, fintech startups, insurance, technology, and digital transformation functions.

This is a client-facing and candidate-facing role with clear revenue and placement targets. You will own the full 360° recruitment cycle and build long-term relationships with both hiring managers and passive talent in Hong Kong and the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Finance, Fintech, and IT roles (permanent and contract)

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray, referrals, and niche talent communities

• Conduct in-depth interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks

• Partner with clients (internal hiring managers or external corporate clients) to understand hiring needs, write compelling job briefs, and advise on market salary trends and talent availability

• Achieve monthly KPIs: billings/revenue targets, number of placements, and candidate pipeline quality

• Organise and attend networking events, industry conferences, and virtual webinars to strengthen your personal brand and talent pool

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS

Requirements & Experience

Must-have:

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year specialising in Finance, Fintech, or IT roles

• Proven track record of achieving billing/revenue targets (agency background strongly preferred)

• Excellent command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a big plus)

• Deep market knowledge of Hong Kong and APAC salary benchmarks, skill demand, and talent trends in finance & technology

• Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms

• Full-cycle 360° recruitment experience
