This role sits at the intersection of premium brand experience, event/exhibition execution, and talent-enabled transformation — helping corporate clients (across finance, luxury, real estate, and emerging wellness sectors) deliver elevated, memorable hospitality moments through strategic planning, consumer-centric activations, and high-standard temporary hospitality teams.</strong><br></p><p><strong>You will drive the "transformation" of traditional corporate hospitality into modern, data-informed, ROI-focused experiences — leveraging offline experiential marketing, channel development, consumer education, and agile feedback loops to enhance client satisfaction, brand perception, and operational efficiency.</strong><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead end-to-end planning and execution of premium corporate hospitality activations, including VIP events, roadshows, exhibitions, pop-up experiences, client entertainment programs, and brand immersion activities</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement consumer/guest insight-driven strategies — translating market research, audience profiling, and trend analysis into compelling hospitality concepts that align with corporate clients' branding and business objectives</p></li><li><p>Design and roll out experiential marketing initiatives focused on product value communication, interactive tastings, wellness-themed engagements, and lifestyle-oriented scenarios (drawing on health & premium consumption expertise)</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with our in-house temporary hospitality talent pool — contribute to training programs, on-site activation guidelines, and performance feedback mechanisms to ensure consistently high-standard service delivery</p></li><li><p>Pioneer channel & partnership development for corporate hospitality — identifying and cultivating premium offline venues, community spaces, cross-industry collaborators, and lifestyle partners to expand reach and create scalable activation models</p></li><li><p>Establish data-driven measurement frameworks — track guest engagement, ROI, cost efficiency, NPS, and post-event insights; continuously optimize campaigns using agile feedback systems</p></li><li><p>Support business development by producing market insight reports, competitive analysis, and activation proposals that position DNA as the go-to partner for elevated corporate hospitality transformation in Hong Kong and APAC</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand activation, or experiential projects — ideally with exposure to FMCG, premium spirits/wine, health & wellness, or lifestyle consumption sectors</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new products/experiences from 0 to 1, including full-cycle market entry (research → positioning → launch → optimization)</p></li><li><p>Strong background in offline experiential marketing and consumer education — skilled at creating engaging, value-focused touchpoints that drive trial, loyalty, and word-of-mouth</p></li><li><p>Experience in channel development, especially premium/lifestyle-oriented offline networks, venue partnerships, and community/scene cultivation</p></li><li><p>Financial & data acumen — comfortable managing marketing budgets, calculating ROI, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and using insights to guide decisions</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated cross-industry adaptability — successfully transitioned marketing methodologies between sectors</p></li><li><p>Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills — able to work with internal teams, external vendors, and C-level clients</p></li><li><p>Hong Kong-based (or willing to relocate); fluent in English & Mandarin</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li><p>Competitive salary and benefits package, including performance-based incentives.</p></li><li><p>Opportunities for professional development in an innovative, award-winning firm.</p></li><li><p>Collaborative work culture focused on long-term growth and work-life balance.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and regional expansion initiatives.</p></li></ul>
