Job Responsibilities

• Execute daily tea beverage production process, including tea extraction, syrup blending, milk base processing, ice control and finished product cupping, etc. standard operations.

•

• Participate in store operations support, such as customer order consultation, product introduction, beverage recommendations, and immediate feedback to consumers on taste opinions and suggestions.

• Cooperate with the supervisor to arrange for internal training and skills evaluation, and continuously improve tea knowledge, brewing technology, and service performance.

Work requirements

• Aged 18 or above, no need for relevant work experience, welcome fresh graduates or newcomers with enthusiasm for tea culture.

• Have basic communication skills and service awareness, and be able to face customers and team members with politeness and patience.

•

• Hand dexterity, attention to detail, ability to adapt to repetitive operations and fast-paced environments, and basic time management skills.

• Can be flexible with shift arrangements, including weekends, public holidays and evening shifts, with a monthly attendance rate of 90% or above.
