Job Description
Responsibilities:-
Provide Tea & Coffee service for client meetings / Guests
Monitor the stock level of pantry supplies and replenishment work
Assist for meeting room setup and keep all the work cafes, pantries and FOH meeting rooms neat and clean
Welcome, assist and direct visitors
Check visiting guests’ fulfilment and issue visiting badges
Receive and screen phone calls to determine appropriate department or representative to direct
Deal with enquiries face to face, make quick response to phone calls or emails in a professional manner internal media tools.etc
To always be professional when dealing with clients, promoting excellent customer service
General Mailroom tasks
Working Location: HK Island and Kowloon
Qualifications:-
Secondary educated or above, with at least 1 year relevant experience in banking, property management, hospitality or customer service.
Fresh graduates with some part time customer service / front desk operations experience will be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
Pleasant personality with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Business proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantageous but not mandatory.
