Job Description
Party HostJob Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging themed parties and social events for diverse age groups and occasions
- Interact warmly with guests, manage group dynamics, and maintain high energy throughout the event
- Collaborate with venue staff, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth event execution and timeline adherence
- Prepare and set up party materials, decorations, games, and activity stations prior to each event
- Handle on-site problem-solving, including guest requests, minor schedule adjustments, and safety awareness
- Proven experience in event hosting, entertainment, or customer-facing roles (e.g., camp counselor, MC, activity leader)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to connect with children, teens, and adults
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working flexible hours—including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and first-aid awareness preferred
- Creative mindset with initiative to suggest fun activities
