Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality services and support the daily operation of the Call Centre

  • Handle inbound, outbound calls, and emails, on all customer enquiries in a proactive and positive manner

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers

  • Coordinate tenant move-in/out and provide follow up service

  • Monitor job order progress

  • Carry out administration work as required

  • Prepare circulars, notices, reports, roster, and other duty assignments

  • To oversee subordinates to ensure smooth operation and adhere to company’s service standard

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated or HKALE/DSE graduated

  • Certificate in hotel, hospitality, sports & recreation, leisure or related disciplines is preferred

  • 1-2 year experience in customer services/facilities management/property management

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner

  • Hands-on experience of using MS Office applications;

  • Presentable, independent and self-initiative

  • Proactive, creative and able to work under pressure

  • Candidate with more experiences will be consider as Customer Services Officer
