Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services

• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to consistently meet brand and service standards

• Develop and implement cleaning procedures, quality controls, and operational workflows

• Work closely with the Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless room turnover and guest satisfaction

• Monitor departmental budgets, inventory, and purchasing of supplies

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or a related discipline preferred

• Minimum 8 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with supervisory or managerial experience

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, service-focused environment

• Good command of English; knowledge of Chinese and/or Mandarin is an advantage
