About Us

We are a cutting-edge payment company based in Hong Kong, aiming at revolutionizing digital transactions. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic HR role to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent globally and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily human resources management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance support to ensure smooth HR operations.

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and administrative procedures to enhance company-wide compliance and efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files to ensure completeness and regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate bank account openings and liaise with company secretaries, banks, and other external stakeholders.

  • Oversee office environment management, including equipment maintenance, meeting arrangements, and fixed asset tracking.

  • Manage procurement processes and day-to-day office supplies to maintain operational readiness.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support company HR and administrative functions.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher education, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management, with a preference for candidates with office management experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of effective coordination with internal and external parties.

  • Familiarity with company secretarial tasks and bank account opening procedures is preferred.

  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment.
