HR Business Partner

Salary: HKD 50,000–60,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for assigned business units, with a focus on supporting local and international business teams.
• Offer expert guidance to leadership and staff on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, performance evaluations, employee relations, compensation strategies, and organizational growth.
• Address employee relations concerns, ensuring consistent and equitable application of company policies.
• Design and roll out HR policies and initiatives that comply with local labor regulations across global operations, fostering business expansion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, preferably in FinTech or financial services sectors.
• Experience in a start-up environment is strongly preferred.
• Near-native fluency in English (both written and verbal).
