Job Description

• Support strategic manpower planning and development of people initiatives, including drafting reports, policies, and proposals.

• Act as a proactive HR business partner across functions, including workforce planning, budgeting, talent management, employee relations, and other strategic HR areas.

• Identify talent development opportunities to support internal talent pipeline sustainability.

• Lead or participate in assigned HR projects and cross-regional initiatives, particularly supporting business needs in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of HR business partnering experience, preferably in the banking or financial industry; background in Big 4 consultancy or multinational corporations is highly preferred.

• Qualifications in global mobility, taxation, talent management, or psychometrics are advantageous.

• Familiar with employment regulations in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Southeast Asia.

• Strong sense of ownership, service-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently under pressure.

• Excellent proposal and policy drafting skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Native or fluent in English and Chinese ; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
