Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll integration, performance management, and reporting.
Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define system workflows, and translate business needs into functional HRIS configurations.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of HRIS platforms across departments.
Conduct data audits, maintain data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with vendors or internal IT teams for upgrades and integrations.
Ensure HRIS compliance with local Hong Kong employment laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPO), and internal governance standards.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for seamless communication with diverse stakeholders across Hong Kong and regional offices.
Familiarity with leading HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or local systems such as PeopleSoft or HRSmart) is preferred; willingness to learn new systems is essential.
No formal degree or prior experience required; candidates with foundational knowledge in HR processes, IT systems, or data management will be considered.
Eligibility to work in Hong Kong under one of the following: High Talent Pass Scheme, Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, IANG, Dependent Visa, employer-sponsored work visa, or Hong Kong permanent residency.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a client-focused mindset to deliver practical, scalable HR technology solutions.
