Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, payroll, staff development, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the education sector
- Lead a small HR team and collaborate with school leadership to foster a positive work culture
- Handle daily HR operations while driving long-term people strategies
Who We’re Looking For:
- 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably within a school or educational organization
- Proven experience managing HR functions and leading a team
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Available to start immediately (highly preferred)
