Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.

• Sourcing:Proactively source candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms.

• Campus Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and colleges; organize campus recruitment events and internship programs.

• Training & Development:Design and implement training programs to enhance staff competencies and facilitate professional growth.

• Candidate Experience:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening resumes and conducting interviews to onboarding.

• HR Technology:Utilize HR technology and tools to optimize recruitment workflows and data management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of solid experiencein recruitment/talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing tools.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new HR software and digital tools.
