Our client has multiple successful businesses within fashion retail and customer products, under their portfolio and is currently looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

· Directly working with CEO and CFO, overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration activities, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations etc.

· Plan, review, develop, drive and implement various policies and procedures

· Maintain a strong communication network with all levels of stakeholders

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration, or a related field or business-related disciplines

· Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably from Fashion/Retail industry with at least 3 years at a managerial level

· Able to build trust-worthy relationships with strong communication and people management skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines

· Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
