Human Resources Assistant (Part-time)

Our company is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support for our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will work regularly for 10-15 / 6-12 hours per week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the HR Manager with all-rounded HR tasks, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, staff relations, and other administration tasks.

• Provide support for various Human Resources administrative projects, including staff activities and staff welfare.

• Prepare monthly attendance reports and perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

• Provide support to the daily recruitment operations, including posting online recruitment advertisements, scheduling interviews, and onboarding arrangements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Studies, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Able to work for long-term stable employment (Weekdays: 09:30 am - 12:30 pm / 14:30 pm - 17:30 pm).

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Well-organized and ethical.
