Job Description
Human Resource Executive
Responsible for job posting and recruitment event planning and execution, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and meeting company standards.
Publish job positions on multiple recruitment platforms, including online recruitment platforms and social mediaLittle Red BookAnd industry professional websites.
Collect and maintain a recruitment-related database, analyze recruitment data, including application numbers, interview rate and acceptance rate.
Regularly report on recruitment effectiveness, propose improvement suggestions, and ensure that we meet our expected recruitment targets.
Meet and answer applicants' inquiries about the position. Provide professional advice on the recruitment process.
