Job Responsibilities:

• HR Policies and Processes

Develop and communicate HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals.

Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues in a professional manner.

Ensure compliance with government regulations and provide advice on immigration matters.

• HR Operations

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date.

Handle onboarding and off boarding processes to provide a smooth experience for employees.

• Other Duties as Assigned

Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement programs and training

plans.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Hongkong-based company.
• Familiarity with Hong kong Work Pass application processes and government regulations.
• Proficient in HR management systems and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English，Cantonese and Mandarin to facilitate communication with diverse stakeholders
