Job Description
1. Lead the store team to manage daily operations and improve sales performance.
2. Coordinate manpower scheduling and shift management.
3. Lead team training and development.
4. Monitor front-line service quality.
5. Collaborate with regional management team to implement sales strategy.
Requirements:
1. Hold a secondary school diploma or above, with 3 to 5 years of retail industry management experience.
2. Familiar with the retail operations process, with the ability to solve practical problems and collaborate across departments.
3. Have team leadership experience, able to effectively motivate employees, handle personnel communication and conflicts, and assume performance coaching and evaluation responsibilities.
