Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the installation, assembly, testing and on-site construction of large cold storage and air conditioning systems, ensuring that the equipment meets technical specifications and safety standards.
Perform daily maintenance, regular inspections, and preventive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems to extend equipment life and ensure stable operation.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system abnormalities or failures, quickly locate the root cause (such as compressors, condensers, expansion valves, refrigerant leaks, etc.), and complete the repair work.
Coordinate and arrange technical personnel according to actual needs, support team work progress, and participate in internal employee basic technical training and knowledge inheritance.
In accordance with the project schedule and customer requirements, we will conduct on-site operations at No. 300, Lok Cheung Road, Wan Chai, including shift work and emergency repairs.
Work requirements
Have large-scale freezer and commercial air conditioning system actual maintenance and repair experience, familiar with R22, R404A, R134a and other common refrigerant system operations and safety regulations.
Preference will be given to those with a Hong Kong-recognized "Refrigeration Technician Certificate" or relevant refrigeration qualification; those without a certificate must obtain one within six months of employment.
Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic writing and understanding of Chinese work instructions, and able to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
Have basic electrical knowledge and safety awareness, be familiar with high-pressure gas operations, pressure vessel inspections, and on-site fire and leak prevention measures.
Benefits
Monthly salary range is from HKD 21,000 to 22,000, depending on experience and technical skills.
Provide overtime allowance, calculated in accordance with the Employment Ordinance for compensation for overtime work.
Accommodation arrangements: Provide dormitories, with 10% of the monthly salary deducted as accommodation fees; meals are not included.
Working hours are 8 hours per day (12:00–20:00), working six days per week (Tuesday to Sunday), with clear and explicit shift arrangements.
Support foreign labor visa application process, with the employer fully responsible for quota application and Immigration Department document submission.
