Large project delivery experience

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall delivery management of ICT large-scale projects, ensuring that the project is completed on time, of high quality, and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, including technical, engineering, procurement and customer service teams, to drive project execution smoothly.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including progress scheduling, risk assessment and response strategies, and regularly report progress to relevant parties.
• Maintain close communication with customers, understand changing needs and effectively manage expectations, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead the problem solving and decision making process in project delivery, ensuring technical solutions meet actual deployment requirements.

Work requirements

• Have ICT industry background, with at least 3 years of large-scale project delivery management experience.
• Familiar with common ICT infrastructure projects such as network construction, data center deployment or system integration, etc.
• Have good project management skills, familiar with PMP, Prince2 or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively integrate internal team and external partner resources.
• Able to adapt to travel and high-pressure work environment, with quick response and problem-solving skills.
