Duties:

1. Coordinate the full cycle of professional course teaching, develop a curriculum system and teaching standards, and ensure that the admission target is achieved;

2. Responsible for faculty team building, optimizing human resources costs, establishing a talent reserve mechanism, and improving teaching team professional levels;

3. Supervise teaching and academic affairs process standardization, regularly evaluate teaching effectiveness, organize mock exams and data analysis, and optimize teaching strategies accordingly;

4. Coordinate home-school communication and external cooperation, maintain brand image;

6. Team teacher management, teaching and research in parallel, optimizing teaching and research resources.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, teachers with a Hong Kong university background in various fields are preferred.

2. Have 2 to 3 years of teaching and institutional teaching management experience, familiar with the Hong Kong curriculum evaluation system;

3. Outstanding team leadership and cross-departmental coordination skills;

4. Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to high-intensity work rhythms;

5. Fluent in English expression, strong communication awareness and language expression ability.
