Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily clinic reception work, including patient registration, appointment scheduling and query resolution
• Handle general administrative tasks, assist in organizing and managing patient information
• Shift work as needed to ensure the clinic runs smoothly

Requirements:

• Have good communication skills, be able to speak fluent Cantonese, master basic English and Mandarin
• Have reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, and computer operation knowledge is preferred
• Applicants with relevant work experience will be given priority
• Need to hold a Hong Kong-recognized blood draw certificate
• Work carefully and politely, with a sense of responsibility and team spirit

• Monthly 6 days off
