<p>Company Description: A leading Hong Kong-based financial institution providing comprehensive retail and corporate banking services, with strong expertise in digital and remote banking solutions.</p><p>Location: Hung Hom, Hong Kong</p><p>Nature: Renewable Contract</p><p></p><p>Job Title: <strong>Assistant Customer Service Manager (Remote Banking Centre)</strong></p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>• Supervise daily customer service operations in the remote banking center</p><p>• Support the Centre Manager in overseeing a team of 5–7 staff members</p><p>• Ensure service quality and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards</p><p>• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally</p><p>• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve efficiency and service delivery</p><p>• Assist in workflow improvements and contribute to process optimization initiatives</p><p>• Prepare reports and updates for management review</p><p></p><p>Requirements</p><p></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, finance, or related discipline</p><p>• 2–5 years of customer service or banking experience, ideally in remote or online banking operations</p><p>• Prior experience in major Chinese banks such as CCBA, BOCHK, ICBC, or CITIC is highly preferred</p><p>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team</p><p>• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure</p><p>• Good problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset</p><p>• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal skills</p><p></p>
