TOPPAN Innofacturing Trainee Programme features:

• On-The-Job Training job attachment: Trainee will undergo placement with solid job attachment to enrich their fundamental Innofacturing knowledge from the bottom
• Supervisory and soft skill training: Receive a series of supervisory and leadership skills training throughout the program for building the management capabilities and broaden their internal network
• Project assignment & presentation: To allow practical application of skills learned, trainees will be asked to submit project assignment and give presentation
• Mentoring & Coaching: Being personally mentored and coached by senior executives to facilitate their professional development

We are looking for

• University graduates, preferably in Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates with less than 1 year working experience will also be considered
• Energetic with excellent communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Innovative, flexible, self-motivated and analytical
• Cooperative and active in all tasks and assignments
• Humble and eager to learn
