This is a dynamic, multi-functional role for a true "go-getter." You will not only be responsible for processing raw ingredients and cooking them into finalized, high-quality food products and dishes from scratch, but you will also take charge of scheduling part-time kitchen staff and ensuring finished orders are prepped and organized for logistics and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Kitchen Coordination & Part-Time Scheduling
Plan, organize, and allocate weekly and daily work schedules for part-time kitchen helpers based on production demands.
Act as the primary point of contact for part-time staff, managing shift adjustments, attendance, and on-site task delegation.
2. Industrial Cooking & Processing
Inspect, wash, weigh, and prepare raw ingredients precisely according to production batch sheets.
Operate large-scale automated cooking equipment (industrial kettles, commercial ovens, blenders) to cook food from scratch.
Monitor critical control points (CCPs) such as internal food temperatures, cooking times, and flavor consistency.
3. Delivery Preparation & Logistics Support
Take a hands-on approach to final production stages by sorting, labeling, boxing, and staging finalized food products.
Accurately pack and prepare orders to ensure they are complete, secure, and ready for dispatch to logistics drivers.
4. Food Safety, Sanitation & Logging
Clean, wash, and sanitize all processing machinery and cooking areas daily.
Accurately log batch production numbers, temperature tracking charts, and waste quantities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with food preparation, high-volume food manufacturing, central kitchens, or commercial food processing environments.

Certifications: Possession of a valid food handler’s permit or recognized hygiene certification is highly preferred.
Language Skills: Basic spoken and written Cantonese or English.
Employee Benefits & Compensation (Hong Kong Statutory)
Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF): 5% employer contribution matched according to statutory limits.
Statutory Holidays: 15 days of paid statutory holidays per year (including Easter Monday).
Paid Annual Leave: Statutory paid annual leave starting at 7 days, progressively scaling up with years of continuous service.
