Business Analyst - Business / Systems Analysts ( Information technology)

• Degree holder in Information Technology/Computer Science / Business Management

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Hand on project management and actionable solutions

• PMP / CBAP holder

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for closely collaborating with business departments, deeply understanding business processes and requirements, and transforming them into clear and executable system functional specifications and solutions.

• Lead the demand collection, analysis, validation and document writing work, including user stories, use case diagrams, process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams and BRD/SRS etc. standard deliverables.

• Support project management related work, including progress tracking, risk identification, cross-departmental communication and coordination, and assistance in the formulation of feasible implementation paths and priority rankings.

• Regularly integrate business operation data and system usage feedback, generate analysis reports and improvement suggestions, and continuously optimize process efficiency and system value.

• Holding a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or business administration; those with PMP or CBAP certification are given priority.

• At least three years of business analysis-related work experience, familiar with Agile or Waterfall mainstream project management methodologies, and with actual end-to-end project participation experience.

• Proficient in using Visio, Jira, Confluence, Excel, SQL, etc. for analysis and collaboration, with basic data query and logical modeling capabilities.

• Only Hong Kong permanent residents are eligible to apply; must be able to work full-time at our office on the 27th floor of the Maritime Building at 40 West Street, Shangai, from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

• Five-day work week, with Hong Kong statutory bank holidays.
