Requirements
Degree holder
6 + years in IT infrastructure and operations, with proven leadership experience.
Expertise in:
Networking (Firewalls: SonicWALL/Fortinet; Switches: Cisco/H3C; VPN/SD-WAN/Wi-Fi).
Systems (Windows/Linux servers, VMware ESXi, Dell SAN storage).
Cloud & Collaboration (Microsoft 365 suite, backups; Azure/AWS/Aliyun platforms, including migrations).
Hands-on project management skills, ideally with agile methodologies.
Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft 365) are a big plus
Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Flexibility for APAC-wide support
Experience in Manufacturing / Trading / Distributor / Wholesales / Buying Office / Sourcing Office is a must
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a forward-thinking regional IT infrastructure strategy that aligns with global goals and drives digital transformation.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for servers, networks, storage, and end-user support across APAC.
Infrastructure & Systems Management
Oversee robust on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including SAN storage, firewalls, switches, and backup systems.
Manage Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) for seamless collaboration.
Design and deploy secure, scalable network solutions (LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi).
Handle troubleshooting, upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
Regional Support (APAC)
Deliver expert remote support across diverse APAC time zones, with occasional onsite travel for key projects or critical incidents.
Champion IT policies, compliance, risk management, disaster recovery, and business resilience.
Drive incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and proactive enhancements for greater reliability and efficiency.
Optimize IT budgets through smart cost management and strategic sourcing.
Foster strong vendor partnerships to secure the best solutions and support.
