Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Formulate and implement the Company’s innovation strategy and ecosystem investment initiatives.

· Identify and evaluate investment, partnership and business opportunities in innovation-driven sectors.

· Develop and manage strategic relationships with venture funds, innovation platforms, technology enterprises and industry partners.

· Advise management on innovation trends, industrial upgrading opportunities and ecosystem investment strategies.

· Support the development of supply chain finance, alternative investment and wealth management solutions.

· Source and assess projects for strategic investment, fund collaboration and advisory mandates.

· Assist in expanding the Company’s consultancy and investment-related business in Mainland China and other target markets.

· Lead market research, due diligence and feasibility analysis for new business initiatives.

· Participate in client meetings, roadshows, strategic negotiations and business development activities.

· Provide guidance, training and knowledge-sharing to internal teams regarding innovation strategy and ecosystem investment matters.

Entry Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Innovation Management or related discipline.

· At least 6 years’ solid experience in innovation strategy, industrial investment, venture capital, ecosystem building or strategic consulting.

· Proven experience working with institutional investors, innovation platforms or fund structures.

· Established network among innovation enterprises, investment institutions and industrial stakeholders.

· Strong knowledge of industrial upgrading, innovation commercialization and ecosystem investment models.
