Responsibilities:

* Prepare quotations and handle customer inquiries;

* Maintain good relationship with vendors and customers;

* Liaise with channel partners and suppliers to meet strategic business goals;

* Capture profitable and long-term business from assigned clients to achieve monthly sales targets;

* Conduct proactive sales calls;

* Prepare sales analysis report to Manager ;

* Process sales orders on a timely and accurate manner;

* Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Degree holder in Business Administration or business-related disciplines is preferable;

* At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Inside Selling/ Account Servicing / Telemarketing is preferred;

* Ability to learn about products & services and present to customers;

* Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;

* Good communication and interpersonal skills;

* Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with attention to details and willing to learn;

* Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint);

* Immediate availability is preferred;

* More experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager / Account Manager.
