About our client:

Our client is a premier, design-driven events management agency with over two decades of expertise in the high-end market. Specializing in immersive festive décor and atmospheric marketing, they are a one-stop solutions provider for iconic commercial spaces across Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China . They are known for blending architectural-grade design with precision engineering to create landmark consumer experiences.

The Role:

• Strategic Account Leadership: Act as the lead for high-profile portfolios, including Tier-1 shopping malls, integrated resorts, and global luxury retail brands.

• Festive & Scale Execution: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale festive installations (CNY, Christmas, and seasonal activations) and complex spatial structures.

• Proposal & P&L Management: Develop comprehensive strategic proposals that balance creative vision with structural feasibility; maintain strict budget control and P&L oversight.

• Technical On-site Supervision: Lead professional setup and dismantling phases, ensuring all installations meet rigorous safety standards and aesthetic requirements in high-traffic environments.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Synergy: Liaise between prestigious clients and specialized fabrication vendors to ensure design integrity is maintained from 3D concept to physical reality.

The Person:

• Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in event management or spatial branding, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Specific expertise in shopping mall decoration & large-scale technical production is essential.

• Regional Expertise: Proven track record of managing projects or vendors within the Hong Kong, Macau, or Greater Bay Area markets.

• Digital Integration: Tech-forward mindset with an interest in incorporating interactive or digital elements into physical installations.

• Language Skills: Professional fluency in written English and Cantonese.

• Professionalism: A self-motivated leader with a "solution-oriented" mindset, willing to work flexible hours during peak festive installation seasons.
