Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Advisory: Conduct professional financial needs analysis (FNA) to identify protection gaps and recommend tailored insurance solutions (Whole Life, Universal Life, Medical, and Retirement).
Partnership: Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Relationship Managers to identify potential leads and participate in joint client meetings.
Portfolio Management: Provide ongoing policy reviews and after-sales support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and documentation adhere strictly to internal policies and HK regulatory requirements (IA and HKMA standards).
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
Licensing: Mandatory passes in IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3, & 5.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales track record in bancassurance or insurance brokerage. (Senior roles available for 5+ years experience).
Skills: Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a definite advantage).
Attributes: Proactive mindset, target-oriented, and a passion for the financial services industry.
