Job Responsibilities<br>Responsible for the overall planning and management of various insurance affairs of the company and its branches, including group medical insurance, engineering insurance, property insurance, employee life and critical illness insurance, etc.<br>Handle various types of insurance applications, renewal arrangements, quotation comparisons, and insurance policy document sorting and archiving.<br>Coordinate with insurance companies and brokers, handle compensation cases, follow up on compensation progress, and ensure smooth compensation completion.<br>Regularly review the existing insurance policy coverage, assess risks and propose insurance policy optimization suggestions to enhance protection benefits.<br>Support internal departments with insurance-related inquiries, provide professional advice and assist in resolving sudden insurance issues.<br><br>Work requirements<br>Have more than 3 years of experience in long-term insurance and general insurance, familiar with the business insurance operation process.<br>Holding IIQE Papers I, 2, 3 qualification certificates, with legal qualifications for employment.<br>Have practical insurance claim handling experience, and be able to independently follow up on complex compensation cases.<br>Those who have worked in insurance brokerage companies or have brokerage backgrounds are especially good, with rich market resources and cooperation networks.<br>
