Insurance speciealist

• Collaborate with assigned Customer Relationship Managers and branches to achieve insurance sales targets.
• Design and execute tactical initiatives to strengthen insurance awareness and promote needs-based financial planning among affluent client segments.
• Support and train sales teams to effectively cross-sell a range of insurance products, ensuring delivery of innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Drive product adoption by aligning insurance offerings with overall wealth management strategies.
• Ensure adherence to the Group’s and Bank’s Compliance policies by proactively managing compliance risks related to insurance activities.
• Coordinate the allocation of adequate compliance resources and facilitate regular training programs for relevant staff.
• Promote a strong compliance culture within the insurance function and maintain constructive relationships with regulatory bodies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; professional qualifications in insurance or financial planning are advantageous.
• Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably within a banking or wealth management environment serving high-net-worth clients.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with relationship managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to design and implement sales strategies and training programs to enhance team performance.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and improving process efficiency.
• Familiarity with risk management and regulatory reporting practices is preferred.
