In this hybrid role, you will be the creative force behind transforming client visions into reality, managing projects from concept to completion.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized interior styling concepts.

• Create detailed space plans and design packages that bring ideas to life.

• Select and style furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to create cohesive and stunning interiors.

• Develop and manage 3d drawings, ensuring design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.

• Work both independently and collaboratively within our small, creative team.

What You'll Bring:

• A degree in Interior Design or a related field.

• Proven experience in interior styling, space planning, and furniture selection.

• Strong technical proficiency in FF&E sourcing and specification.

• Expertise in creating 3d drawings and comprehensive design packages.

• High proficiency in design tools including SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.

• Exceptional communication and client management skills.

• A committed, "can-do" attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a collaborative spirit.
