Responsibilities

· Achieving the overall Sales target with a positive contribution margin in the assigned region

· Coordinate and provide technical service to local customers

· Maintaining a collaborative and aligned relationship with partners and customers

· Develop customers by means of long/mid-term Sales Account Development Strategies

· Regular meetings with partners and customers to manage project pipeline, follow up opportunities and manage forecast.

· Collect the latest industrial and market requirement and trend:

· Perform other related tasks as requested :

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics, or equivalent qualification

· Minimum 3-5 years experience in the Electrical connections or Electronics interface industry relating to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers), EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) and Official Channels or Distribution.

Work experience in similar industry is necessary.

· Fluent in English, both oral and written

· Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

· Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Customer-driven and results-oriented.
