We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly skilled Bookkeeper with proven expertise in Xero and CIN7 to manage our full cycle of bookkeeping and inventory accounting.

We have been let down by previous contractors and are looking for someone who can hit the ground running immediately and integrate seamlessly with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping with 100% accuracy

• Reconcile bank, credit card, and inventory accounts in Xero

• Oversee inventory workflows in CIN7 and ensure smooth integration with Xero

• Set up and document SOPs and best-practice workflows

• Handle Dext integrations for receipts and expenses

• Identify and resolve common integration issues between systems

• Provide financial reports as needed

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in Xero, CIN7, and Dext (please only apply if you have strong experience in all three)

• Solid track record managing full-cycle bookkeeping

• Excellent attention to detail and accountability

• Ability to start immediately

• Strong communication and proactivity
