Two years of practical experience in operating professional coffee roasters (such as Petrocini, Probat, Giesen, Loring, etc.) is preferred. Good physical condition, able to independently move the heaviest 60 kg bag of coffee beans. Calm personality, sense of responsibility, able to work independently, and able to work for a long time in a hot working environment. Familiar with warehouse management and order picking and packing work experience. Computer skills. Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, hygiene, and able to adapt to the fast-paced warehouse environment.

[Job Responsibilities] Coffee roasting: According to orders and quality requirements, operate and maintain the roasting machine to complete the daily roasting plan.

Quality control: Conduct basic cupping or sensory evaluation on freshly roasted coffee beans to ensure consistent quality.

Order processing: Pick, weigh, pack and label goods according to customer orders.

Equipment maintenance: Keep the baking area and warehouse clean, and perform simple equipment cleaning and maintenance.
