Job Description
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to individual and small and medium-sized enterprise customers, covering savings, insurance, retirement planning, education funds, asset allocation and risk management, etc.
- Based on the customer's financial situation, risk tolerance, life stage, and financial goals, tailor a suitable financial plan and regularly review and optimize it.
- Introduce and sell compliant wealth management products provided by licensed financial institutions, including but not limited to unit trust funds, bonds, structured investment products, life and medical insurance, etc.
- Assist customers in completing opening, application, conversion, redemption and preservation transactions, ensuring that all operations comply with the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the Insurance Authority (IA) regulatory requirements.
- Continuously follow up on customers’ financial progress, proactively provide market analysis, product updates, and policy changes information, establish long-term trust relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and retention/reinvestment ratio.
- Have at least 2 years of financial services industry experience, familiar with the local investment market, regulatory framework and common wealth management tools, those with banking, insurance company or wealth management institution work background are preferred.
- Have excellent communication, listening and persuasion skills, be able to clearly deconstruct complex financial concepts, and communicate the value of wealth management to customers of different backgrounds in a professional and easy-to-understand way.
- Have self-motivation and goal-oriented thinking, be able to independently develop and maintain customer groups, and at the same time be willing to participate in team collaboration and professional training, continuously improving financial planning and sales skills.
