Duties (asset-related) include:
1. Responsible for internal ship leasing contract negotiations, signing and maintenance;
2. Responsible for the compilation of internal and external container leasing business contracts;
3. Responsible for the negotiation, signing and maintenance of the company's operating ship's ship management agreement.
A. Ship asset support work
1. Assist in the negotiation, conclusion and/or maintenance of external ship time charter contracts;
2. Assist the headquarters in executing ship ownership transfer-related work, including but not limited to new ship construction, second-hand ship registration/cancellation registration, and the maintenance and updating of relevant certificates;
3. Assist the headquarters in maintaining the company's Hong Kong flag ship ownership-related certificates, including payment of relevant taxes and fees;
4. Closely monitor the dynamic changes of Hong Kong companies' operations and ship asset and management policies, and report to the headquarters in a timely manner;
5. Responsible for completing other tasks related to Hong Kong business assigned by the headquarters, responding positively and efficiently executing.
II. Container asset assistance work
1. Maintain business system data as required;
2. Assist regional sales in managing accounts receivable;
3. Assist customers with communication and handling their needs.
Position requirements
One. Education and professional background
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Shipping management, maritime law, maritime engineering, international trade and other related professional fields are preferred
II. Industry experience requirements
• More than 2 years of shipping industry work experience is preferred
• Familiar with international shipping business process is preferred

**Work requirements**
1. Educational qualifications and professional background: Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for shipping management, maritime law, maritime engineering, and international trade.
2. Industry experience: Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the shipping/logistics industry are preferred, those familiar with international shipping business processes are especially preferred.
3. Professional skills: Proficient in Office office software (Word/Excel/PPT), able to efficiently complete various file compilation and data analysis tasks.
4. Language ability: English CET-6 or above, able to independently draft and review English contracts; Cantonese is fluent, with daily communication and business negotiation skills.
