Job Description

Focus on Hong Kong capital market IPO project execution, responsible for the whole process from project acceptance to issuance, ensuring project efficient and compliant implementation.

Core responsibilities

Assist customers in completing Hong Kong stock market preparation, including due diligence, restructuring scheme design, prospectus writing, regulatory communication, etc.

Coordinate with intermediaries (lawyers, auditors, evaluators, etc.), control project timelines and key milestones.

Prepare application materials (such as A1/A18 forms), respond to inquiries from the Stock Exchange, and participate in roadshows and initial public offerings.

Follow up on market dynamics and policy changes, and provide execution strategy advice to the project.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, law, accounting, etc., with a preference for holding an SFC license.

5 years of experience in Hong Kong IPO underwriting, with complete participation in at least 3 Hong Kong IPO projects.

Proficient in the rules and procedures of listing, with strong financial analysis, legal document processing and project management skills.

Able to adapt to high-intensity work, with excellent cross-team collaboration and customer communication skills.
