Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, and network issues</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot servers, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud infrastructure</li><li>Assist in system upgrades, patch management, and IT deployments</li><li>Monitor cybersecurity protocols and ensure data protection compliance</li><li>Support internal users and coordinate with external vendors when needed</li></ul><br>Requirements:<br><ul><li>Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration</li><li>Familiar with IOS, Windows, Linux, and network management tools</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English</li><li>Immediate availability is highly preferred</li></ul>
