Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate IT Project

• Assist in administrative duties such as schedule arrangement and preparation of project documentations

• Organizing project meeting by preparing agenda, issuing meeting notice and handling minutes and records

• Coordinate assigned projects by working closely with internal departments, project team members and vendors

Requirements:

• Degree

• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility

• Strong interpersonal and communication skill

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Must be a fluent Cantonese speaker and have a good command of verbal and written English & Chinese. Mandarin speaking is highly desirable.
