<p><strong>Key Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead technical and transition project implementation based on RFPs, tenders, and SOWs</li><li>Collaborate in designing and developing technical solutions during the presales stage</li><li>Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, risk, budget, and resource management—internally and externally</li><li>Support system and project integration activities, including Due Diligence exercises</li><li>Conduct and manage customer meetings throughout the project lifecycle; identify issues and define risk mitigation strategies</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers across all phases of solution implementation</li><li>Ensure successful deployment and adoption of end-to-end solutions, driving overall client satisfaction</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in IT project management</li><li>PMP certification is <strong>required</strong></li><li>Additional certifications (Agile/Scrum Master, ITIL, CISSP) are a <strong>plus</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience with development technologies such as:<ul><li>Flutter, Kotlin, Node.js, Vue.js, React</li><li>Python, SQL, MongoDB</li><li>Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD</li><li>Java, Java Spring Boot</li><li>MQTT, Apache Kafka</li></ul></li><li>Experience in:<ul><li>System infrastructure design</li><li>Solution implementation</li><li>Managed IT services and data center services</li></ul></li><li>Familiarity with:<ul><li>Internet, Web, App, SaaS platforms</li><li>JIRA, DevOps practices</li><li>Security standards (ISO27001, PCI DSS)</li></ul></li><li>Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills in Cantonese and English</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools</li></ul><p></p><p>We offer excellent compensation package, promotion prospects and job satisfaction.
