Job Description
Japanese Company – Administrative Assistant
Salary: HK$20,000 – 22,000 + Double Pay + Discretionary Bonus (Average monthly income approx. HK$25,000 – 26,000; very stable company)
Location: Tsim Sha Tsui Office Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Requirements:
Associate Degree or above
Born in or after 1990, with at least 3 years of solid administrative experience
Minimum 2–3 years tenure in the most recent company (frequent job-hoppers will not be considered)
Basic Japanese language ability (reading/writing/conversation) (N3 or above)
Job Duties:
Courier management (DHL, SF Express, etc.)
General administrative support
Liaise with company vendors
Assist with visa application processing
Handle stationery, pantry supplies, and drinking water orders
