Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive product and service information address to client's inquiry
Provide marketing collateral for client meetings and presentations
Develop and execute marketing campaigns both of online and offline, to enhance brand awareness and lead conversion
Manage frontline client relationships, improving satisfaction through regular communication, feedback collection, and personalized service
Analyse market trends and customer data to optimize strategies for sales effectiveness
Support daily administrative tasks and data consolidation
