<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>1.Regulatory Compliance:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monitor and interpret regulatory developments related to blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 technologies.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the company’s operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks.</p></li></ul><p><strong>2.Risk Management:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities.</p></li><li><p>Monitor emerging trends in Web3 and collaborate with internal teams to address risks.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3.Training and Education:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees and stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Provide guidance and support to internal teams on compliance-related matters.</p></li></ul><p><strong>4.Reporting and Documentation:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Submit regulatory reports and maintain compliance records.</p></li><li><p>Conduct internal audits to ensure policy adherence.</p></li></ul><p><strong>5.Stakeholder Engagement:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Liaise with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other external stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p><strong>6.Incident Management:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Address compliance incidents, correct issues.</p></li><li><p>Report significant compliance incidents to senior management and relevant authorities.</p></li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industry.</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks governing blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 technologies.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and data privacy regulations.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and smart contracts.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with compliance software and tools.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of managing compliance in a startup or high-growth environment.</p></li></ul>
