Job Description
Position: Accounting Clerk
Job Responsibilities:- Handle full sets of accounts
- Prepare general ledger and journal vouchers
- Responsible for accounting entries and preparation of monthly financial and management reports
- Prepare financial analysis, accounting schedules, and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and assist in statutory audits
- Assist in quarterly forecasting and annual budget reporting when required
- Handle inquiries from banks, investors, and other relevant parties
- Carry out ad hoc assignments as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline; student member of professional accounting bodies is preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Familiar with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Peachtree
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit, and communication skills
