Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service including order processing, follow up and delivery arrangements

• Responsible for order taking, issuing invoices and delivery notes with accounting / ERP system (Training will be provided)

• Handle incoming calls in a professional manner, answer inquiries received by phone and email

• Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems and request

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above

• At least 1-2 years or above of relevant working experience

• Good telephone communication skills

• Good PC knowledge in MS office and both Chinese and English typing

• Good communication skill, polite, friendly and helpful attitude

• Strong team player with a positive personality

• Well-organized, detail-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility
